What is BaSix Knowledge Academy?
BaSix Academy is a private high school that provides various learning options for students who may have gotten behind in their courses.
How do they help?
We have partnered with BaSix Knowledge Academy to give recently incarcerated youth the opportunity to catch up on the classes they may have missed due to being in the juvenile system. When one of the youth in our program gets enrolled into BaSix Knowledge Academy they are given another shot at finishing high school and working with educators who are flexible when considering their circumstances. Some at-risk youth are reintroduced back to society and have to navigate the world with limited support and resources. We want them to have all the tools they will need to be successful and move forward in life. Education is important for our participants and they deserve a chance to be successful!
